Would you mind to clarify which programming language edition of ChartDirector you are using?
Please try the original sample code that comes with ChartDirector. From our testing, the sample code should display tooltips normally in all browsers, including IE 11.
If the tooltip does not work in your web page, are you web page accessible from the Internet? If this is accessible, is it possible to provide me with the URL so I can visit the web page to have a look?
If the web page is not accessible, is it possible to provide an example (such as by modifying the sample code) that can reproduce the problem, so I can try it?
If you cannot create an example, please try to save you web page completely. In IE 11, you can go to File/Save As, and then save as the "Web Archive (*.mht)" format, and provide it to me as an attachment in your post, or just email to me at pkwan@advsofteng.net
